About us

Shidno-Evropejska Misija (SEM) is the Ukrainian translation of Eastern European Mission. The mission has existed since 1995 and is an independent, interdenominational organisation, with its office in Beregowo, Zakarpatska Oblast, West-Ukraine.

It is our two-fold vision to:

1. Spread the Christian message, the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the utmost, based on the great commission written in Matthew 28: 18-20.
2. Help needy people living in the part of Ukraine where we work, in practical ways, through a variety of programmes, as far as we are able.

Our mission statement is: “Mission with heart & hands“, which shows our fundamental Christian purpose in combination with our practical approach.
